I have been involved with this firm for 3yrs. I have been passed to 3 different attorneys. Now the estate is ready to move forward, I've contacted the 2x by email, 4x by phone without success of a response. Very discouraged.

This place seems to be closed down. No sign or anything, but it’s locked. All the lights are off voicemails. Take you to a new attorney or a non-descriptive email for I guess current clients but nobody’s answer the phone or the door

On 5/9/2025 Faith Hilsinger scheduled my phone consultation with Melissa Mozingo on 5/20/2025 at 10am. The initial consultation went well, and she seemed confident she could help me with child support enforcement and arrears that are already in a judgement post decree orders. So confident she stated she could also get me attorney fees awarded and wanted to review my divorce decree in detail prior to our next call. She recommended to follow up with me 1 week later (5/27/2025 givent he Memorial day holiday I told her Thursday that week would work best for us both since she also was busy, so we agreed for her to call me on 5/29/2025). I waited until 6/3/2025 to call the office, as I never received a follow up call from Melissa, the office said they would have her call me the next day and I set another phone appointment with the front office staff Brianna for 6/4/2025 at 4pm. I received a call from the office at 402pm, but it was just hold music and it disconnected, I proceeded to call the office three additional times at 403pm, 406pm, and 408pm and each time Brianna "transferred" me to Melissa I got the same hold music and the phone disconnected.

I get the impression this lawyer did not want to take my case for whatever reason and did not have the professional courtesy to be upfront and honest with me about taking my case. Maybe she is too busy with her case load? Maybe is isn't confident with the opposing counsel involved? Who knows, nonetheless it was unprofessional to not be a professional and give me a reason for the continued no follow up. Today is now 6/9/2025 and still no follow up from that office, Faith, Brianna, or Melissa.

I hired Mr. Routzon and his wonderful team via my employer. I am grateful that Mr. Routzon participates in such a program. His staff are all very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, we lost a few team members who handled my case, which is what scared me away because my case is dark, emotional, and intense. I needed consistency and stability. I felt like the newest person may not know enough about my case to fight for my son. Other than that, I would have kept this firm.
Most importantly, I appreciate that Mr. Routzon never charged me a penny over what I owed and was transparent in everything he charged.
