They don’t know immigration law

As a family member trying to support and advocate for a loved one, I am extremely dissatisfied with this attorney’s lack of communication and overall handling of their case. Emails frequently go unanswered, and phone calls are rarely returned in a timely manner, making it very difficult to get even basic updates. When we do receive a response, the information is often inconsistent. The attorney’s position seems to change from one conversation to the next, which has caused confusion and made it hard to trust the guidance being given. There is also a repeated pattern of asking for more time without any meaningful progress or follow-through. Expectations and timelines have been set, only to be missed or later contradicted. This has created unnecessary stress and frustration during an already difficult situation. Clear communication and reliability are essential in legal representation, and unfortunately, neither has been provided. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this attorney.
