The person who answered the call interrupted multiple times and was very condescending. I don't recommend them.

The entire time I was on the phone, the person kept telling me to "be an adult" and handle it myself. SMH

Edit: You responded to my review without giving me an option to contact someone, and only stated that you don't have a record of my call. I'd love to share my call record to show my proof. If you don't have "record" or don't want to accept responsibility for your employees' actions, then that's on you.

How did you look for my call record? I don't remember the woman's name. I can describe her voice if it helps, but I'm sure you'd probably get that mixed up, too.
