We have been trying to reach Anita since December -nearly 3 months with no contact -but you can see she is still posting on LinkedIn. We have paid her in full to handle the creation of our trust, but she does not answer any emails or calls. Happy to change this review, but will be filing a complaint with the Disciplinary Board and also filing all necessary paperwork to try and get back our payment.

I’ve been delaying this review but now I feel I have no choice.
I met with Anita 2 times to have her draft a will/ trust. All communication was great, and I paid in full. I told her I could not be back in state for a while and asked her to mail the final paperwork. She said she would. That was in September 2025 and it is now almost March 2026. She has completely ghosted me. I’ve texted, called and emailed multiple times with zero response. I feel like I have no recourse but to contact the bar association to get this resolved. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. It’s a shame because I really liked her personality and she seems trustworthy.
Anita, if you’re reading this, please change my mind. I’m not the type to trash someone’s reputation but you’ve left me no choice but to rate you unfavorably.

As the owner and operator of a small business identified as Commonwealth Process Services LLC., who supplies Professional Services to the legal industry and private sector, we specialize in the Service of Process in and about Chester County and its surrounding area. In June 2025, our office was contacted by The O'Meara Law Firm regarding a personal service via hand delivery for a simple transaction. A reasonable fee was agreed upon, but after completion of service, and after an extended period of time for payment, our billing invoice apparently fell on deaf ears. Unfortunately, our office was forced to file a small claims action, and after months in limbo, ( 7 months ) the claim was ultimately paid in full shortly before a court hearing date.

We absolutely did not wish to initiate any court action regarding this service request, but we're left with no other recourse based on payment tardiness and communication.

We here at Commonwealth Process Services take absolutely no pleasure in posting such reviews regarding these type of business practices, but leaning towards business transparency, we feel that this post was absolutely necessary.
