I am extremely disappointed with the way this law firm has handled my case. I filed my case in 2025, and since then I have received little to no communication or meaningful updates. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. My calls are regularly ignored, and when I do speak with the assistant, I’m always told that someone will call me back—but that call never comes. As a client, I expect to be kept informed about the status of my case, especially after trusting this firm to represent me. I chose this law firm because I believed they would communicate professionally and keep me updated throughout the process. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. The lack of communication and follow-through has been frustrating and has made me lose confidence in how my case is being handled. I hope this review encourages the firm to improve its communication and treat its clients with the attention and respect they deserve.

I filed my case with this law firm in 2025, and the communication has been terrible ever since. I never receive updates about my case, and nobody keeps me informed about what is going on. Every time I call, the assistant says she will call me back, but she never does. Most of the time they don’t even answer the phone at all. Months have gone by and nothing has been resolved. It’s frustrating to trust a law firm with your case and feel completely ignored. I would not recommend this firm if you expect professionalism, communication, or basic customer service.
