I scheduled a consultation with this law firm to seek legal guidance regarding a serious child custody and safety concern involving my daughter. While I understand that consultations are meant to evaluate the facts of a case, I left the appointment feeling dismissed and unheard. During the consultation, I was told that my daughter may have fabricated her experiences and that the situation was “highly unlikely,” largely based on assumptions about the father’s background rather than the full details I was providing. Given the sensitive nature of the situation including my child’s emotional distress and current mental health treatment this response felt premature and lacked any consideration. I was seeking professional guidance, a thoughtful evaluation, and an understanding of possible legal options to protect my child. Instead, the interaction felt discouraging and did not reflect the seriousness of the concerns being discussed. I hope future clients with sensitive family matters receive a more thorough and compassionate consultation experience.
