In my experience, I feel this business does not understand the Americans with Disabilities Act. EDIT SINCE AYAD/MIKE RESPONDED: I had a very difficult experience dealing with Attorney Ayad/Mike Nalu. When I attempted to retrieve my personal property, he repeatedly stated that neither the ADA nor the Unruh Civil Rights Act applied, even though my disability requires accommodations and effective communication. Instead of helping resolve the situation professionally, he made unnecessary threats, including saying he would call Animal Control on ducks owned by my partner, which felt like pressure rather than a good-faith effort to solve the issue. My experience was that he provided misleading information and used intimidation instead of cooperation.

I am working with Mike currently and he is helping me on my case. I would 100% agree with others in recommending him. He is calm, collected and exceptionally smart. Quite honestly, I didn't hold a very good perception of attorneys in general until I got a chance to work with him. I reached out to him when I was in quite a bit of mess with my case.
