I have had a terrible experience with Moses Law Firm. I asked them to help prepare a commercial real estate lease based on an existing lease. The firm will not provide a firm deadline but gave guidance. That timeline passes with zero communication from Moses.

I received an apology email (happy to share this), but still no timeline or any work product.

I have paid my retainer. Over 7 days ago I received an invoice for the work. I have paid that invoice.

Still zero work product, no communication on timeline.

My next step will be to file an ethics complaint with the state bar as they, in my opinion, have accepted the matter, collected my money, and refuse to provide a timeline, update or ANY evidence of work performed on my behalf.
