I had an extremely negative experience with this company. They agreed to a settlement and then refused to honor it or provide any proof of payment. When I asked for documentation, the representative became irritated and dismissive. The rep even told me I “made enough to pay off my debt in 6 months,” completely ignoring the fact that I had just paid for two funerals. They hide behind being a “professional corporation,” only in company registration, but their behavior is anything but professional. They record every call yet avoid giving consumers anything in writing. Their approach felt manipulative, shady, and designed to pressure people instead of helping resolve issues honestly. If you end up dealing with them, document everything and be prepared to stand up for yourself.

Was harassed last year by the company. One of them knocked on my door and called the police to intimidate me. Ultimately he, with the police, left. Who does business like this? Who are you to do that? Shady shady people. Look at their reviews and see what I mean.
