We are a start up childcare center that was looking for a lawyer to guide us in our business. We have O’Neal help us with our lease agreement where he was able to add our needs and what’s best for us in the lease without jeopardizing the deal. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He also shared his own experiences which helped us in some of the decisions we had to make.

We also sought his help when we had a breach of contract from our general contractor. He was able to relay our demands and was able to create a contract that would help our case.
