Terrible communication. Nevee once did i speak to the same person twice . Thanks to them my process started late. They never sent anything Only pretended like they were building a case. They would call to "confirm" what they had and it was always wrong. After months of dealing with them I finally had it and got rid of dealing with them. My new lawyer sent the petition the same week. Something they should have done months ago. They are more of a bank just moving money around than a law firm. Don't believe their calls when they say they are doing something. It is simply not true.

At this point I think this is a complete scam! I haven’t heard from a lawyer after requesting a call for MONTHS! I asked for an email recap of my relatives case and NOTHING. Super unprofessional. Yet the Maria Mendoza has time to be on ig live praising the American dream. Yet I think her business is full of scammers.

Trusting someone a second time is like trusting someone who's already betrayed you. These people think you'll just take their money and walk right through them. It's a shame, and I regret trusting them again. Beware of this company; I wasted time, money, and effort.

More than 1 year later and my wife and I are still waiting for our refund of $247. Was told we'd be consulting through an attorney, and had a video call setup with a representative whom wasn't a licensed attorney. We were dupped out of $275 for consultation with an attorney and were asked to pay even more if we wanted things to proceed. RED FLAG!!!! I need my money back Mendoza Law Firm, you've ghosted my wife and I's text messages and emails long enough. The way I see it, you've had a 15 month loan and it is past due with interest.
