I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. It took over a month for any progress to be made on my case, and during that time, I received no proactive communication from their office. I had to constantly call for updates, and even simple yes or no questions would take days to get a response—if I got one at all without following up myself.

It felt like my case wasn’t a priority simply because it wasn’t a large or complex one. There was no follow-up after the initial delays, and I was left feeling ignored and frustrated throughout the entire process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this attorney for any tenant-related legal issues. Professionalism and timely communication are essential, and unfortunately, both were lacking here.
