I asked Alan Spiegel to put land that I owned in an Irrevocable Trust. Alan recommended a Deed change of ownership with a Life Estate. Alan filed the Deed change without taking into consideration the program the land was in that reduced my property taxes. I lost the program that gave me the reduction in property taxes because Alan neglected to also file a change of ownership for the tax reduction program. I lost $4000 in property taxes plus the fees Alan charged me. Alan was cavalier and unremorseful when I questioned him about his omission. I do not recommend this firm.

Dropped off paperwork.Even emailed paperwork to support auto accident cases & intern staff acted daftly after claiming continuously they had not received it, and then Mike's rude yelling demeanor in front of my son who had never met him stated He didn't even receive the paperwork from the first case, and here was another. His college staff has high turnover, and it turns out they never processed my case, it all and then claimed it was a covid-19 issue yet the other firm that I was going to go with kept up with work. By the time they finally dropped the case, it was too late for any other firm to take over as they waited one year! They had never investigated any portion of either case! The saddest part was he chased the INJURY case down contacting me! Mike later told me they focus on divorce cases. SMH ASIMO I EVEN HAD VIDEOS. ATTY B. STILL COULD NOT HELP ME.

No one wants to deal with lawyers. Alan Spiegel Jr. at "The McLario Firm" was exceptional. The explanation of the document was the best we had. Simple and understandable. Answered all questions. Most we loved: Alan did not pressure us to get any additional services. In and out of the office in 20 minutes.
