From the beginning, I felt unsure about becoming a client of this law firm but hearing they had a good reputation led me to believe that my nerves were taking over me. What bothered me was that during my consultation I was explained the timeline of the process yet none has happened. I tried calling the phone number listed and I get send to some sort of call center with representatives who know nothing about the case. In difficult times having a contact number for your law firm is extremely important it's scary to think this firm is not providing this kind of support.

I am in the military my family had convinced me to come here. The firm pressured me into paying 7k to get my wifes papers. They assured us it would take a few months to get it all done. It has been almost three years. I was deployed and they ghosted me and my wife after the initial paperwork and money we provided. They will not contact you back after they get their money. Since I was gone they took advantage of our situation. If you have any hopes of changing your life around do not come here.
