Honestly, my experience with this lemon law firm was very disappointing. My case started in October and finally settled in August. I understand lemon law cases take time, but the communication was extremely frustrating. I constantly had to reach out for updates. There was even a time when I was told I would receive a document within a week. I waited over seven business days and never received it. As soon as I emailed asking for the document, it was sent to me immediately. Situations like that made me feel like I shouldn’t have had to chase them for things that were already ready. There was also an overage amount that I had to consistently call and email about before I finally received it. They already had records of every payment I had made toward the vehicle, so I feel like this should have already been accounted for. Instead, I had to repeatedly follow up until it was finally resolved. My car was in the shop for almost FIVE MONTHS. It would go into limp mode, wouldn’t start, and I was constantly being bounced from dealership to dealership. I provided my attorneys with paperwork and proof of everything, but I never felt like they truly fought for me. I also explained to Sella that because I didn’t have my car for so long, my actual job was on the line because I was missing work. I even offered to provide written documentation from my employer. I was told they don’t cover “emotional damages.” This wasn’t about emotional damages i was explaining that my employment was potentially at risk because of the vehicle situation, and I felt that concern was dismissed. They recovered my down payment and monthly payments, but I provided receipts for my insurance, window tint, and other expenses, and I did not feel like those were seriously pursued. With everything I went through, it felt like the bare minimum was done just to settle the case and get paid. There are also additional fees associated with using this firm. From what I found when researching other lemon law firms, some companies don’t charge these types of additional fees, so I recommend asking about all fees upfront. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but based on my experience, I personally would not recommend this firm. I truly wish I had chosen differently because I felt like I had to constantly chase my attorneys for answers and fight for my own case. The only reason why I’m giving two stars and not one is because of Laura. She was by far the best person I worked with at the firm. She was responsive, helpful, and had the best communication throughout my case
