While I hope I never need their services again, I was absolutely pleased (and impressed!) with the service and representation I received at the Brown and Roberto firm. My attorney, Elizabeth Campbell, and paralegal, Bri Seay, were top notch! On day one they explained the process thoroughly so that I knew what to expect, they answered all my questions promptly, by both phone and email, throughtout the entire process, and got me EXACTLY the settlement that I asked for. Workers Comp is a nightmare. Tim, Elizabeth and Carissa made it a little more comfortable. They fought hard to get me the medical care I needed, as the insurance company didn't want to do anything. Tennessee laws on workers comp need to drastically change. I would choose this team all over again. Tim was up front at the beginning, as to what to expect. If you need a WC lawyer, Brown and Roberto is where you need to be. Just prepare yourself that WC lawyers aren't good and Tennessee laws are bad.
