I hired this legal team to assist with my U Visa immigration case and paid for the agreed legal services. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the lack of clarity surrounding additional fees. After paying for the U Visa package, I was informed that an additional $500 would be required for a question related to my case. I understand that attorneys may charge for services outside an original agreement. However, clients deserve clear explanations of what their initial payment covers, what constitutes additional legal work, and why extra charges are necessary. Immigration matters can be financially and emotionally challenging, particularly for families seeking stability and reunification. I believe transparency, communication, and reasonable expectations are essential to maintaining trust between attorneys and clients. I encourage prospective clients to request a detailed written explanation of all fees, including charges for follow-up consultations and questions, before retaining this firm.
