Mr. Bishop offered my family first class advice, on a business class fare. We used him twice. Both times—-great results.

Attorney Steven, a Certified Family Law Specialist, and his associate attorney Ben provided exceptional representation during one of the most difficult periods of my life. I came to them facing serious allegations that I strongly disputed, and the stakes could not have been higher because my relationship with my daughter was on the line. Steve and Ben were experienced, prepared, and focused on the facts. They helped me navigate a very stressful custody matter and ultimately helped me obtain joint legal and physical custody. What I appreciated most was that Steve understood human nature and the high-conflict nature of my case. Steve demonstrated impressive litigation skills, and judgment, while Ben was responsive, thoughtful, and clearly familiar with the details of my case. I owe them immense gratitude for their work, their professionalism, and their commitment to helping me remain an active and present father in my daughter’s life. I would highly recommend them to any parent facing a serious family law matter.

I am genuinely surprised to see positive reviews for this firm. Perhaps most of the reviews are fake, but let me tell you about this firm from my real experience. It is no surprise that attorneys are all about money. This firm is no different – they are all about money. During my first hearing, my attorney sat there listening to the other party's argument without defending me or presenting a coherent argument. To the contrary, he seemed to enjoy getting me into more conflict just to have more excuses to charge me. After the first hearing, he had already used up my entire retainer. I was charged thousands, and then he asked me to put in thousands more as a retainer. My advice to you: Represent yourself in family court. Attorneys in general take advantage of desperate parents – especially fathers who are being taken advantage of in court and stripped of their fatherhood by spiteful, lying mothers without any evidence. False allegations are what most mothers present to make fathers lose custody and pay child support. The table turned once I fired this attorney and represented myself. I won the case and got my kids back. But the process was painful and unfair. Society treats all fathers as guilty until proven innocent. When a mom files a restraining order without any basis and claims the father is going to kidnap or abuse the children – with no proof other than her word – the system will take the children away from the father and give them to the mom "temporarily" until the father proves the allegations are false. Watch the documentary Divorce Corp. It shows exactly what I experienced – the corruption intended to create a billion-dollar business for attorneys and the family court system. It is hard to believe until you enter family court yourself, especially as a father trying to get equal custody of your children.

Over the past three years, Mr. Steven Bishop and Mr. Benjamin Suskauer have been invaluable resources for my family. They have guided me through a wide range of complex matters, including an initial parenting plan, high-stakes property negotiations, and most recently, a modified parenting plan. While their legal knowledge is impeccable, what truly differentiates this team is their command of psychology. Mr. Bishop and Mr. Suskauer possess a deep understanding of the psychology of persuasion, influence, and power dynamics. This expertise proved exceptionally valuable not only during trials but also during private mediation with my ex-husband. They know exactly when to push and when to use diplomacy to get the best result. If you are looking for attorneys who understand the human element of family law just as well as the legal code, I highly recommend their services.
