Hope this feedback could help him be more humble when talking to customers. I used my MetLife legal plan which is a paid service but felt that he is doing it as a favor.

Starting with the call, no greetings straight to conversation. He seems to be rushing the call and has no time for you.

I agree with other reviews here, he was rude. He interrupt you while talking and expect you to know it. He didn’t display care or welcoming my clarifying questions. I really don’t get it.
