⭐ 1 Star I hired this attorney for an immigration matter and paid for legal representation. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After receiving payment, communication became extremely difficult. We made multiple attempts to contact the attorney and did not receive the communication or responsiveness we expected from an attorney handling such an important matter. We were then shocked to receive a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel stating that we had not responded to the attorney. We strongly disagree with that characterization and have records of our attempts to communicate. This is an extremely serious immigration matter, and clients deserve timely communication, transparency, and to know what is happening with their case. We are now having to seek another attorney to protect the case and deal with the situation. Based on our personal experience, I cannot recommend this attorney.

I would not recommend this firm based on my experience. This firm was referred to us by a local immigration attorney, so I contacted them to schedule a consultation for my father, who has a complex immigration case. An initial appointment was scheduled so that my father could discuss the details of his case with a paralegal. Unfortunately, on the day of the appointment, we were contacted and told that it needed to be canceled due to a staff call-out. The appointment was then rescheduled for the following week. Because I was planning to interpret for my father, I made arrangements with my employer to leave work early so that I could be present for the consultation. The morning of the rescheduled appointment, I texted to confirm but received no response. As the appointment time approached, I called the office to make sure everything was still on schedule. I was then informed that my father’s case would not be taken by an attorney. I was extremely disappointed that this decision had apparently been made without ever speaking with my father or allowing him to explain his circumstances. There is only so much information I can provide on someone else’s immigration case, and my father is the person who can provide the most accurate and complete information about his situation. What made the experience even more frustrating was the way the conversation was handled. I felt that the person I spoke with was dismissive, repeatedly spoke over me, and did not give me an opportunity to fully explain or ask questions about the situation. I understand that law firms have to determine which cases they are able to take, but I believe that decision should be communicated clearly and professionally, especially after an appointment has already been scheduled and someone has made arrangements to attend. Had we been informed beforehand that the firm was not interested in taking the case, I could have avoided rearranging my work schedule and taking time away from my responsibilities. A simple phone call or message would have been enough. I understand that not every case is a good fit for every attorney, but the lack of communication and the manner in which this situation was handled left me very disappointed. If you are considering this firm, I would recommend confirming beforehand that an attorney is actually willing to review your case before making arrangements around a consultation.
