The main reason I hired them was because one of their legal assistants told me it was a good thing the driver who hit me had insurance because we would be going after HIS insurance policy instead of my own. She specifically told me that they would be more likely to settle the claim and give me what I was looking for. That conversation was a major factor in my decision to sign with the firm.

A few days after I signed the paperwork, I was informed that the driver who hit me was not actually insured under the policy information he provided in the police report. I was then told I would have to pursue the claim through my own insurance company anyway.

I was extremely frustrated because the entire reason I hired the firm was based on the understanding that we would be pursuing the other driver’s insurance and that had a benefit. Had I known from the beginning that I would end up going through my own insurance, I would have made a different decision.

When I raised my concerns, I was told by the attorney that the legal assistant was not an attorney and should not have been giving that type of advice. That response only raised more questions for me because those statements directly influenced my decision to hire the firm.

In the end, the outcome felt like the bare minimum recovery available given the circumstances. A substantial portion of the settlement went toward fees, while I was left feeling that very little was actually accomplished on my behalf. The result did not come close to matching the expectations that were set during the intake process.

My experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. Based on what happened in my case, I would strongly recommend speaking with other firms before deciding who to trust with your claim.

You're missing the point of my review.

My frustration is not that we ultimately had to use my insurance after discovering the other driver was uninsured. I understand that was outside of your control.

My frustration is that before I signed, your staff presented pursuing the other driver's insurance as a significant advantage and a reason to hire the firm, explaining it would likely lead to a better outcome. That representation influenced my decision to hire you.

I'm glad you mentioned my medical treatment I was regretting not mentioning it originally.

I also relied on the recommendations I was given throughout the process. I chose the chiropractor I was referred to in part because I was told medical bill reductions were often possible because you work with them a lot. Later, despite repeatedly expressing ongoing back pain, I was encouraged to end treatment and move toward settlement. Nearly a year later, I am still experiencing the same issues and am seeking additional medical evaluation because I do not feel fully recovered.

While the decisions were ultimately mine, I was relying on the guidance of professionals I trusted. Looking back, I do not feel that guidance was in my best interest. Expectations were set that influenced my decision to hire the firm, ongoing concerns were minimized, and settling the case appeared to become the priority over ensuring I was fully recovered and fully compensated.

That is why I stand by my review. Given the outcome, I do not feel the firm's fee reflected the value I received.
