I am so thankful to have been referred to this lawfirm. I am still fighting a very complicated and unjust conservatorship case that has been going on since 2023. My attorney, Samuel Brown did not come into the picture until about a year and a half Into the case, which im sure made his job a little more challenging, especially because time was running out to file certain motions, and honestly, I was very nervous and stressed out about that. Until Samuel sent me the draft of the motion to review before he filed it. I was blown away. I was so overcome with excitement I couldn't even stand still while reading it. I could not have expected a more well written and accurate motion.
Before I was introduced to this law office I had spent countless hours trying to find an attorney, with no success. I began to feel hopeless, especially because without an attorney I had no voice in the court room. My pleadings were all overlooked, I was not given the opportunity to respond to false allegations in court, I was literally ignored and treated very harshly. Although it has not gone exactly how we thought it would, or should go, It's not over yet, and I am still very happy with the representation I have received. Everyone there is extremely helpful and kind. I have only met Nigel Burns once very briefly, but we have communicated via email when my attorney was on vacation.
