This firm cannot handle Elder Financial Abuse involving property or construction. Attorney Nicholas Stahl does not know what construction law is AT ALL.

So since he didn't know, he didn't even come to court, the other Attorney got on the Court Connect, agreed to a Jury Trial when its unlawful in Insurance Fraud Cases, made my elderly mother pay jury fees when she has an approved fee waiver.

Charged us for an Ex-Parte that they never filed, did not help us when the neighbors locked us out and blocked our construction, charged us for a Deposition that never took place.

ASBESTOS IN THE CONDO AND HE DID NOTHING! Spent 6 months in a hotel waiting for protection from this firm. They are just as predatory as the neighbors. Set us up for failure then abandoned us.

THEY ARE NOT LITIGATORS!!!!!!!!!!!

BUT THEY PRETEND TO BE, 10 MONTHS ON RETAINER, NOT ONE MOTION FILED, THEN SELF RECUSAL. AVOID THE HEADACHE.

I apologize for the delay in posting this review; I spent some time considering how to best describe my experience. I was involved in a collision at a red light in which another driver struck me. Numerous witnesses confirmed I was not at fault. Initially shaken, I later began to experience increasing back pain. My cousin—who previously worked at a law firm—referred me to his former firm. They remembered him and agreed to take my case.

I chose the firm because I did not want to handle the insurance negotiations and paperwork while managing medical appointments and treatment. Over the following months my condition worsened: I had trouble sleeping and walking, underwent multiple doctors’ visits, MRIs, and scans, and was ultimately diagnosed with an L1–L5 issue. Physical therapy provided limited relief, and I required an injection that significantly improved my symptoms.

Throughout the nearly three-year process, Nigel, Jeannine, and the rest of the team managed the case and handled all communications with the insurance company. Their responsiveness and professionalism were excellent—I always felt informed and respected. Although much of the settlement went toward legal fees, I appreciate their persistence and support in resolving the matter. I am grateful to the entire staff for their polite and diligent assistance. I would not hesitate to return to this firm if needed, and I trust them to represent me in the future. Thank you.
