She also remained available afterward when an issue arose involving a water and sewer overpayment and offered to intervene if title did not respond. Nicole was responsive and affordable as it related to the preparation of my will. She was very informative about how marriage or a need to possibly change my Executor if needed in the future should be handled. She was able to accommodate my disability as it related to getting up the stairs to her office. I'm not very technologically savvy so sometimes documents and emails were a little difficult to navigate but we figured it out. I use Verizon so I don't know if that was the problem. Tech is always changing and I was adjusting to a new laptop. It was a pleasant business relationship and I advised my son to call her when the time comes to handle my estate.
