As a truck driver with just over 1 year of experience, picking up two traffic citations has been one of the most stressful and traumatic experiences of my young trucking career. Icing on the cake! As difficult as this experience has been, it's also made me a much better driver - more cautious, alert, aware, and conscious of my responsibilities behind the wheel. A few other experiences have contributed to that growth as well, but I'll spare you the details. Anywho I still have one citation pending, but results speak louder than promises, and Mark and his team have now earned my utmost confidence. The relief of having this weight lifted off my shoulders is hard to put into words. Worth every single penny! I called this number for assistance, the man that answered the phone was extremely rude and used verbiage like “stop talking”. Incredibly unempathetic and disrespectful. I called to possible hire an attorney and was met with incompetence, a lack of common decency, and arrogance. Would NEVER recommend calling these people for assistance
