Remember Christmas 2023? I do. You disallowed visitation because you claimed I abandoned my brother. Remember the email I sent 2 weeks in advance saying I wasn’t picking him up? Of course you don’t. 2/24 I wrote that note. Yes, you and the caregiver made things that miserable. But you ignored it. There exists emails showing visits from march 2024 through may 2024. Remember the rein fair nightmare ? I do . I gave 2 months notice in April that we were going. Plans were canceled because the caregiver decided 2 months in advance she was going to the beach. Then communication stopped… why? I almost died. Spent almost 2 years in the medical system. Didn’t you tell my boyfriend if I wanted to see my brother he had to be taxi? 80 miles round trip. He wasn’t in shape for it. Given the circumstances. Fast forward to today. Suddenly the letter I wrote 2 years ago has weight.. how convenient. It didn’t shortly after I wrote it, but does now. Hmmm Did I forget your ultimatum? Even though I can now see him in a limited capacity you have dictated that unless I drive 80 miles round trip for either lunch or after hours activities there is no visitation. Not caring that I am on a fixed income, and in ongoing recovery shows your true colors. And the cherry on top is that I am not allowed to see the exact reason on file as to why I can’t see my brother. Prior to all this there was zero issues around visitation. I want everyone who is looking for an elder law attorney to read this and think long and hard about hiring this woman. I exaggerated nothing. Everything said here is the truth. Don’t forget- everything I am claiming has some form of documentation to back me up. What do you call a person that splits up siblings when the siblings have no problem with each other?
