Mr Lackner made sure that I received what was due. It could have went bad for me but Mr Lackner was confident and represented me well. He made me feel valued and provided me with frequent updates.

I'm sorry to say that the police were no help in making the report and following up (no follow through) and actually wrote in the report that the other party had witnesses and took none of the information of my witnesses. The other parties witnesses claimed that I was at fault. Had it not been for my dash cam and Mr Lackner's experience, I would have lost even for being not at fault.

Make sure that you have a dash cam and that he is your first call. I'm sure you don't need a dash cam but that could help.
