We were referred to your office and scheduled a consultation. Despite our busy corporate schedules, my husband and I adjusted our calendars to accommodate the appointment time offered.

At the scheduled time, no one joined the consultation. When I called the firm, I was told that I could reschedule. While I understand that conflicts arise, customer service is an important part of building trust—particularly at the outset of a client relationship.
