At first, we had a negative experience with the Law Offices of James L Arrasmith due to poor communication and delays in completing a simple task. We had paid nearly $5000, but the firm asked for more money without providing a clear breakdown of the charges. However, after we raised our concerns, they worked with us to resolve the issue and ultimately delivered a positive outcome. We're now satisfied with the resolution and the professionalism of their team. While our experience started off poorly, we are pleased with how things turned out in the end.

Updated review: I am modifying my review because the office reached out to try and resolve my concerns. I give them credit for correcting their error - not many companies will do that these days.

Initial review: Disappointed the attorney did not review my detailed notes prior to our meeting then wanted to ask questions about my case which were in the detailed notes - felt as if I was being milked for time at $10 per min...dont be fooled by 5 star google review. I dont know how it's 5 stars on google and 2 on yelp.

Only reason for two stars - i received a partial refund for overage because i sent a screen shot of the ACTUAL length of time for the call.
