I am subscribed to three reputable established well known companies that assist individuals in facilitating the process of vetting and engaging an attorney for the important purpose of representing them in a legal proceeding. Two of these paid subscriptions referred me to J. Vincent Perryman as a qualified legal professional who specialized in Probate matters. The subject matter of my particular case was fairly standard and aligned perfectly with Mr. Perryman's qualifications as stated in his Bio and firm website, but Mr. Perryman referred me to another attorney who he assured me was a specialist in the specific details of my issue. I had no reason to doubt or question the qualifications of the attorney he referred me to especially since Mr. Perryman had been recommended by two trusted legal search companies. Based upon his referral I did engage Mr. Todd Watson, a principle partner with the law firm Watson and Watson in Germantown Tn. The primary reason I am leaving this negative review is not to disparage Mr. Perryman directly since I was never his client but to caution the next individual who called this firm searching for a competent legal professional who could assist them with their particular legal issue. My association with the individual Mr. Perryman referred me to was the worst experience I have ever encountered on the legal representation front. I would not ask this firm for a recommendation or a legal referral unless you are a MASOCHIST.
