Poor communication, no follow-up, and very disappointing customer service. Emails go unanswered, updates are hard to get, and even “emergency” appointments are pushed out a week. I did not feel like a priority as a client. Don’t recommend this firm.

Highly disappointed with the service I received from this firm. First of all I was recommended a voucher by the QME doctor and they weren’t able to get it for me. Secondly, their customer service was not what was expected from a law firm. I called frantically advising I was getting fired from my job and to see if there was anything they can do but was told there was nothing to do, I found out later there was a form that needed to be submitted but that wasn’t done. Don’t even call and ask to speak to the attorney because he’s always in meetings and could never assist. Signed my settlement paperwork last year and still not a word from this office.
