If I could give zero stars, I would. I am honestly shocked by how unprofessional and unethical my experience with this attorney was. My family hired him to prepare my father's trust, so we expected that when my father passed away, the process would be straightforward. Instead, it became an absolute nightmare. Because of the way everything was handled, we ended up spending far more time, money, and effort than should have ever been necessary. We were forced to hire additional attorneys just to fix the problems, which completely defeated the purpose of having a trust in the first place. One of the biggest issues was the language barrier. Rather than ensuring clear communication or providing the proper assistance, he tried to work around it, which only created more confusion and unnecessary complications. What made the experience even worse was his attitude. He was rude, dismissive, and incredibly disrespectful—especially toward my mother, the widow. He consistently spoke to her in a condescending manner, and throughout the entire process we felt like he was looking down on our family instead of helping us during one of the most difficult times of our lives. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone. Estate planning and trust administration require professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. If you're looking for someone you can trust to protect your family and make a difficult time easier, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

We really love our attorney and the receptionists. David has so much skill and knowledge there really isn’t any better out there. If you need someone to tell you the trust about what they can or can’t do this is your guy. He’s worth every penny.
