David and his staff are great people very down to earth and a joy to be around.

This attorney is despicable, he tried to circumvent an irrevocable trust with another trust, and after years in court and hundreds of thousands in fees it was overturned. His actions were even questioned by the judge. He took the money and did what he knew was wrong. Run from this Attorney.

Many years after creating my initial trust documents with David Carrier, I attended recent workshops which were very informative about new laws and scenarios that would be very important concerning the updating of my life plans. I decided to make an appointment and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Bryan Narlock, Attorney. I was very pleased with his manner, professionalism and knowledge concerning my situations and would not hesitate to recommend him for any estate planning needed. He explained everything with much patience and detail, answering all of the questions that I was previously unsure of and it leaves me with a sense of confidence. I chose to do a complete restatement of my life plan to ensure that nothing is missed. Although it is expensive, it is important to me and worth every penny to know that I have proper documents in place for my family so that they will be able to easily proceed when the time comes. For any situations that may come up in the years to follow, I will certainly contact Bryan again.
