I just recently went with my daughter for a case she had pending which were worried about. As soon as I saw Brian Cummings walk in I had a good feeling and sure enough I was not disappointed. He talked to my daughter about her case and said I'll be right back to go talk to the prosecutor and came back with a dismissal.
