If I could give negative stars, I would. My mother passed away in April of ’25. I retained representation on 5/16/25 to open an estate in her name. As of today 4/30/26, the case has yet to be resolved. I have yet to speak to the actual attorney and all communication through his paralegal has been via email, very compassionate. There have been multiple delays and submissions of incorrect documents to the probate court that have yet to be resolved as well as mailing documentation to the wrong address resulting in even more delays. As it stands now, I will be hiring a second attorney to finish the case with the probate since the attorney I’ve already paid in full cannot or will not finish their job. Really pathetic service and I would not recommend their representation unless you enjoy grief and incompetence.
