My experience with this law firm has been nothing short of a distressing emotional rollercoaster, especially given the time-sensitive nature of my child custody issue, which remains unresolved, ultimately causing harm to my children. From the very beginning, there was a complete lack of transparency regarding who would be representing me. Despite my clear preference for Andrea, I was abruptly assigned a different attorney without any explanation or consultation. This sudden change left me feeling disoriented and manipulated, all while my children's well-being hung in the balance. The mishandling of vital legal documents due to internal miscommunication only added to my distress. These errors led to prolonged delays and increased financial strain on my end. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the firm's refusal to acknowledge and rectify these errors, especially in a time-sensitive child custody issue, is inexcusable and has had a profound effect on my life. My initial decision to choose this firm was based on a recommendation, but the traumatic and emotionally unstable experience I have endured has had consequences beyond repair. I hope others are aware of these distressing practices and ethics and think twice before seeking their services, especially in sensitive child custody matters.
