I am posting this review to warn others about my experience with attorney Alan J. Horwitz. Throughout my case, his conduct toward me was hostile, intimidating, and unprofessional. He made false statements about my rental history to my own attorney — statements that were completely untrue and irrelevant to the case. He also told the judge that my jury demand was untimely, and the judge disagreed with him on the record and granted the jury trial. He also told me someone would arrive at a specific time to enter my unit, and no one ever showed up. This wasted my time and added unnecessary stress. After looking online, I discovered that many other tenants have reported the same type of hostility and intimidation from him. My experience matches those reviews. They work but not at reasonable prices! I wouldn't have used.

He can't respond in a timely manner. Either he is too busy or he doesn't' recognize he's pushing prospective clients away.
