Had the absolute displeasure of dealing with these individuals on a real estate transaction.

I do see their specialty is handling petty traffic tickets, so I am not specifically sure why they are also doing real estate law unless they need the money.

Terrible communication, lazy, incompetent, complete and utter lack of care for navigating a real estate purchase.

If you are buying, avoid, unless you want to circumvent and communicate yourself.

If you are selling, absolutely avoid, complete lack of professionalism and cooperation. Cancel your deal if these guys show up on the other end of it and find a buyer who doesn't hire lazy lawyers as representation.
