I have been to court for custody over my son 2 times. Lost both times. My son's grandparents now have primary and I have 50 of legal. He does not communicate will by phone, messages or emails. I was hoping I could of had more of a fighting chance after all the hopes I was told I have a strong care over my sons grandparents. I am going to wait a couple years and see what my son wants to do and find a different one. I am way beyond hurt.
