I am very disappointed with my experience with Theodore Maloney, PLLC.

I paid $3,000 by debit card for legal services related to my friend’s case. The very next day, my friend decided to voluntarily return to his home country, so the additional legal work was no longer needed. I immediately informed the attorney.

Despite this, Theodore Maloney, PLLC refused to issue a full refund and only offered $1,500 back, without providing a clear breakdown of what work was completed in such a short time.

Clients deserve transparency and fair billing, especially when services are not fully performed. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this firm ask for a detailed written agreement and clear refund terms before making any payment.

This experience was very frustrating and disappointing.
