I’ve been working with Seth and Lisa for about 3 years now on a real estate case involving consealing material defects. This case was big and scary to me in the beginning, but after securing Seth as my attorney I felt so much better and confident about the possibility of a resolution on the issue. It involved a lot of emotions on my side and a lot of money. I had interviewed and worked with other lawyers on the situation prior to finding Seth, and I wish I had found Seth sooner. He took time to really listen and understand the facts of the case, came up with ideas no one had thought of and did a beautiful job translating my sometimes animated rants into legalese. It took him a reasonable amount of time to email or call back, even given that he is a busy attorney. The invoices were easy to pay, communication ans organization were easy and the work he did for me was truly appreciated. The best thing about Seth is that he is a superior listener, and very patient. I always felt like he was truly listening and added thoughtfulness to the conversations. There was a lot of back and forth and negotiations before trial and Seth took the time to break down what was happening. We were able to settle the case. I was satisfied with that. You can just tell that he cares about his clients best interest, and he’s a deep thinker. 11/10.

Where to start? Seth Shich is a very knowledgeable lawyer. He graduated from Georgetown University and was recognized as one of the top lawyers under 40 a few years ago. What makes him an exceptional lawyer is that, besides his impressive background, he is a kind person and genuinely cares about each of his clients. As busy as he is, he always answered my emails/phone calls right away, even when needed, during the weekends. Seth and Lisa Mizrahi (the paralegal in the office) helped me to move my case forward in the best way possible. I highly recommend him.
