I hate to even write this review because there is no option for less than 1 star and that is the only amount of stars that are fitting for this gentleman. Based on other reviews I am at ease with the fact that it wasn't just me or that I wasn't the issue. As mentioned in other reviews he was very rude, condescending, and overall unhelpful. My wasted encounter started with the secretary and although we had some indifferences she did apologize although it definitely seemed like she was just covering the security of her job. I got a call from the lawyer 10 minutes later and he was just rude it felt like an interrogation. I have never had to deal with lawyers in my 34 years until recently. I had a child and his dad is not well so I have to set some things in place. Instead of helping he just made the process more exhausting.

If you’re looking for a competent, respectful attorney, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I reached out to Rodney Brown seeking legal guidance and support but instead was immediately met with hostility. He was condescending and unprofessional, repeatedly criticizing me for not using legal terms, even after I explained I’m a nurse, not a lawyer. He interrupted me, dismissed my concerns, and hung up on me mid-sentence after I told him I felt disrespected. No one should be made to feel belittled for asking for legal assistance, especially not when they are navigating complex and vulnerable issues.

This was a demeaning and unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend his services to anyone.

Rodney A Brown is a Rude individual. This man said he was trying to reach me by way of Phone. I never dealt with an Attorney who doesn’t leave a voicemail if they can’t reach their client. I wish I would’ve read the review before letting him handle my case. I would not recommend him as a attorney.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with attorney R.A. Brown whose behavior was not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. I expect a certain level of courtesy, professionalism, and dedication to my case—none of which I received. Mr. Brown raised his voice during our conversations, treating me as though I were an inconvenience rather than a client.
His tone was condescending and dismissive, and I felt as though I was constantly walking on eggshells whenever I needed to ask a question or discuss concerns. Rather than offering clarity or support, he responded with impatience, often shouting or interrupting me mid-sentence.

What was most shocking was the lack of respect for basic professionalism—no courtesy, no empathy, just an overall sense of disregard for my needs / feelings as a client. It was an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience, and I would not recommend his services to anyone. A good attorney should be someone who listens, guides, and respects their clients—not one who belittles and treats them with such blatant disrespect.

The most rude, disrespectful attorney. Not only was he late but handled his conversation with me was completely unprofessional. Didn't inform me on how to handle this if he was late or in his absence. I see why his reviews are so low.
