I spent hours putting together documentation following Completing an intake only for them to reach out a week later and say they can’t take the case. When asked what their reasoning was so that way I could approach the matter more appropriately moving forward they declined to give a response and just stated that their job is to tell me no. Not the most professional people to work with

one time i buyed a freightliner cascadia. i have troubles with this one the first time driving to pick up the load. these peoples did the best they can and got me a more better result to get another truck.

Did an intake last year, and never heard back from this firm. A good honest law firm communicates with potential clients. If they can't communicate before taking on a case, imagine how they are after they take your case. Stay clear of this place!!

I reached out to this firm for a consultation and was given a confirmed call time of 12:30 PM. I followed up, confirmed my availability, and provided my phone number. The call did not happen at the scheduled time. At 12:47 PM, when I reached out via email to confirm, I was told by Dominique Faye that they were still working on something else and would call shortly, without any advance notice of a delay. By 1pm the call had still not happened and as a result, I had to reschedule due to another commitment. While delays can happen, a lack of proactive communication reflects poorly on professionalism. Based on this experience, I was disappointed with the handling of a simple initial consultation and do not feel comfortable being represented by this firm.

Though I had the displeasure of purchasing a defective vehicle, I was lucky enough to work with Robert and Winnie on the resolve. They both were extremely easy to communicate with, straightforward, and gracious throughout. It’s obvious Robert and Winnie are true professionals, keeping me updated through the process and being transparent. I received full repayment, after about 6 months of signing with them. Though I hope to avoid a similar issue in the future, I know I have a great resource should the need arise.
