I can’t say enough good things about The Law Office of Robert F. Carbone. They took on a very complex and high-stakes situation for me and delivered an outcome that exceeded my expectations.

At the time of filing, I was a male in my late 20s working full time, while my ex (the respondent) was a stay-at-home mother. We had two children together and had been living in California around 11 months. My ex took my children out of state and attempted to claim residency there, where she had personal connections within the court system.
