I would highly recommend Mr. Hudson to anyone with any real estate related legal matters. Mr. Hudson has been unbelievably kind and taken his time to throughly answer every question I had for him in regards to the use and understanding of the Restrictive Covenants in a deed of Dedication, along with multiple scenarios being explained. I have found him to not only be friendly and professional, but Exceptionally Knowledgeable. If Google would allow me to give him 10 stars I would probably be wishing for 11.

Avoid this guy. Just got off the phone with him (first time speaking). Not sure how people are saying he's courteous, as within within two seconds you could see he was abrupt, rude, and wouldn't let you get a word in edgewise. I asked if it would be possible to do a letter to my neighbor RE an easement issue, and he immediately said, "I don't agree with that approach and I've been practing law over 25 years and don't like clients telling me what they think I should do." This was literally my 1st time talking to the guy and I was asking him if this was something he'd be able to do, and most definitely didn't dictate anything to him. He then proceeded to talk a mile a minute w/o letting me speak, and I finally had to just hang up. I'd give negative stars if I could.
