I hired Rich West to negotiate a contract for employment purposes. Unfortunately, he was absolutely worthless. I felt abandoned, there was minimal communication, and I got the feeling that he was working against me. I do not know why but I have my theories. When I read the positive reviews, it sounds as though these people are describing a totally different person.The low reviews precisely describe my experience as well. Promises to call, never able to get back with me, telling him what to negotiate, refusing to challenge the other parties demands, etc.The only positive is that he is inexpensive.Suffice it to say, it’s a crap shoot trying to find an excellent lawyer.
