Mr. Knox failed to obtain exculpatory computer records from the vehicle involved in the crime, and in fact never suggested it.. This resulted in a felony conviction for his client.. He then later attempted to repeatedly intimidate that same client for leaving bad reviews of his inglorious service.. Mr. Knox cost his client $10,000 and 3 years of humiliation and probation for a couple scratches and bruises on a J-Walker who received $5,000 in compensation from the client's insurance company.. Did Mr. Knox even realize that the prosecution had conflated a felony charge based on "INTENT" with another felony charge based on an "ACCIDENT" for the same incident and event?.. I think not.. If he did, I'm sure he would have announced the victory.. How can you have an "intentional accident"?? Its a logical fallacy, and standard unethical behavior from the Alameda County prosecutors office.. Randall Knox used to be a PROSECUTOR so he knows exactly how they work their voodoo.. The question is, how will that benefit you?.. Don't be naive enough to think it will.. It will NOT.. Former prosecutors are the last attorney's you should ever enlist in your campaign for justice as a defendant in my humble opinion.. They are not to be trusted.. Furthermore, I believe Mr. Knox knew about the exculpatory vehicle computer data, since it was most likely already in possession of Alameda County prosecutors who also knew it was exculpatory.. Its not outside the realm of possibilities that Mr. Knox and Alameda Country prosecutors colluded to exclude the computer data from evidence and otherwise convicted an innocent man.. The defendant took a plea "deal" and plead "no-contest" to the charges, which is NOT an admission of guilt..
