DID NOT DO A DAMN THING FOR ME..LITERALLY..AGGRSSIVE? NOT EVEN CLOSE! ONCE YOU PAY HE IS GONE! I HAD TO ASK FOR MY OWN CASE FILE FOR MONTHS..NOT A SINGLE MOTION IN FILED IN A YEAR AND A HALF..TALKED THE TALK NEVER WALKED THE WALK!

PROS:
--He gets the job done effectively and efficiently, taking charge immediately.
--He really knows the Victorville court system and seems like a VIP in every room.
--He has friendly conversation with everyone including DA and judges. The whole place seems to love him.
--He negotiates unbelievably good deals.
--The outcome of your case will probably be the best outcome you can get.

CONS.
--There is absolutely no way to talk with him between court dates. Email, text, calls all go unanswered.

--Early on in the case he gives a lot of false hope with possibilities on how your case will resolve prior to doing any work on your case or talking to DA.

--He does not follow through on requests made during the face-to-face meetings.

--He is EXTREMELY fast paced in meetings and slightly dismissive of your ideas, dominates the decision making process. But this is also likely why the outcomes are so astounding.

IS HE RIGHT FOR YOU?
--Are you organized and direct when asking questions? Then YES
--Can you put your trust in a lawyer and simply go along with whatever he wants done? Then YES
‐-Is the legal system and its many codes way too complex for you? Then YES

--Are you timid, uncertain, or afraid to speak up at times? --Then NO
--Do you want to be an active participant in fighting your case? Then NO.
-- Do you have any background in the legal system? Then NO

I am a commercial truck driver. I got a citation that potentially would get me terminated with my company. Holistic legal went way out of their way to be easy to talk to and inform me every step of the way and in the end got my case dismissed and saved my job. I couldn't recommend them more highly thank you, holistic legal.

Extremely disappointed with this attorney. After accepting payment, he did the exact opposite of what we clearly instructed him to do. We specifically stated that we did NOT want our property destroyed, yet approval was given for our belongings to be destroyed without our consent.

Communication was poor throughout the process, and our concerns were dismissed. Instead of protecting our interests, decisions were made without properly consulting us. The case also felt unnecessarily prolonged.

We formally requested a refund due to how our case was handled. Even one of his colleagues acknowledged that we have the right to request our money back. Since making that request, our calls and messages have been ignored.

At this point, we are left with no choice but to consider filing a complaint with the Bar Association to have this matter reviewed. Very disappointing experience.

I started my journey through the court system in 1995 when I was 18 years old. Since then, I've never trusted attorneys' because of my personal experiences. When I hired Parag Shah and negotiated a price, I figured he was the same, money hungry and wanted to plea out. It wasn't until I was in the court room that I realized that he was different. Everyone in the San Bernardino courthouse, knew him. The DA's, Public Defenders, Bailiffs and regular people who had court hearings. This made me feel confident in how he wanted to handle the case. Of course every case is different, but I felt like Parag was going to do what he could for me. After 3 months, my case was dismissed and the price I paid was worth it! Thanks to him I don't have to worry about doing jail time or paying expensive fines.
