Because our divorce was uncontested, Ms. Hernandez was able to act as a mediator. As one would imagine, filing for a divorce could be a very difficult time. I just want to start off by saying Thank You to Norma and her team! My 3 yr old's dad took me to court behind my back thinking he was going to get more custody than me over our son so he can file for child support. He filed in LA county when we both lived in San Bernardino county just to inconvenience me. Then he played his crying role to the mediator and judge and received a 3,2,2 schedule. He is an unfit parent, did drugs while having our son and would leave him with any female he was sleeping with. At 1st I didn't know until his gf wrote me. I then reached out to Norma and she did tell me we needed concrete evidence. It's hard hearing that there's nothing we can do until we can prove him unfit. So I listened and waited and when he missed up bad I gave her my evidence and we were able to change our orders to him getting our son just 3 weekends a month at 3 hrs a day. He continued to live a reckless life and harmed his other children so I reached out to Norma again and when I was able to provide all the proof, we went to court and I won full custody of my baby. It was a long year fighting but she was by my side. She answered all my questions, even helped me with payment arrangements. I am beyond grateful I found her.
