Hired them 3-4 months ago to help us with a client that owes money to our company, Mario ortiz nor their staff has reach out to us after we paid them to take over our case. I have called multiple times to get an update, and they have not even stared my case. Called again today to get my money back and their response is that they keep part of your initial payment even though they have not done any work with my case
