Ms. DeVondria assisted us with a relative petition, which was successfully completed within about a year for my family members. Her prices were competitive, and the added advantage of her fluency in Spanish made communication smooth and effortless. She was friendly and took the time to explain documents and requests for information in a way that was easy for us to understand. I would like to extend my gratitude to both Ms. DeVondria and Ms. Brenda for their professionalism and the excellent services they provided. Thank you!

My aunt is stuck in her country since March 2020 with a 10 year ban cause this attorney told her she would only go pick up her visa at her scheduled interview and return to the US without issues. My aunt has a previous deportation from the airport and re-entered after her 5 year ban illegally. Mrs. McClure assured her that none of that would be an issue cause she re-entered after her 5 year ban. She had access to all of my aunts immigration records which she should have looked into. Did she? We are unsure. There was specific information about that airport deportation, that had she dug deeper she might’ve advised her not to go to her interview. Upon arrival at her appt, interviewing officer informed her she would need a 212 waiver because of her re-entry after deportation. Mrs. McClure filled it out for her after paying her additional fees, which in my opinion she shouldn’t have had to pay her anymore fees since my aunt was denied at her interview because of the lack of experience from the get go. Ok so back to the waiver, she filled it out, sent it in, and it was sent back because my aunt is ineligible to apply for said waiver until she has been out of the country for 10 years. Attorney fees were not refunded although this was her second mistake. This lady has no clue what she is doing. Each immigration case is unique, not a one size fits all. Now that she has experimented with my aunts case she has the experience to know what to do with someone else with a similar case in the future. I do not recommend this place at all. Only thing she can say now is sorry, but my aunt is stuck over there and no one can help her get back. We will be filing a formal complaint against this lady to get those fees refunded. We would have preferred to been told that she had no experience with this type of case instead of making false promises and appearing very confident of her uninformed advice. If you don’t know what you’re doing just say that, these are real people with real families you are dealing with!
